Definition and Project Purpose

A precise definition of what OROKAI is — a software layer with smart contract integrations across multiple chains — and what it is not: a bank, broker, custodian, or investment adviser.

Definition

OROKAI is a software layer with a web/mobile interface and a set of smart contracts that:

aggregates proven DeFi protocols across multiple chains (staking, lending, DEX),

simplifies technical steps (allocation, migrations, claims, rebalancing, cross-chain) through automation,

supports decision-making through an AI Agent module (informational, not advisory).

Purpose

To enable individuals without technical expertise to use DeFi in a self-custody model, with emphasis on:

security of on-chain operations (least-privilege),

transparency of costs and permissions,

interoperability between chains,

compliance with regulatory requirements (in a phased model),

smooth and frictionless user experience.

Nature of Services

OROKAI is software and tools. We do not provide custodial, depository, or investment advisory services; OROKAI is not a bank, broker, or custodian.
